Class Pricing and Refund Policy

Class Pricing:

• The starting price for our classes is $180. Be advised that this rate is subject to change depending on material cost fluctuations, travel requirements, and any special formulation requests you might have.
  
  

Refund Policy for In-Person Classes:

• 100% Refund: Available if you cancel up to 10 days before the scheduled class.
• 50% Refund: Applicable for cancellations made within 9 days leading up to the class, accounting for the materials already prepared and reserved for your session.
  
  

Virtual Classes:

• Upon placing an order, we promptly send out a detailed kit with everything you'll need to craft your soap or cosmetics. You'll be guided every step of the way via a comprehensive video tutorial.
  
  

Refund for Virtual Classes:

• 100% Refund: Provided if you cancel before the kit is dispatched.
• 50% Refund: Applicable if you choose not to purchase a kit and cancel up to 10 days before the virtual class.
  
  

No Show Policy:

• Time is of the essence. If you miss the class without prior notification, we won't be able to offer a refund.
  
  

Late Arrivals:

• Due to the crucial nature of our safety briefings, tardiness will be equated with a no-show. We do, however, recognize that sometimes, life throws curveballs. In cases of genuine emergencies, we offer a 50% refund plus an opportunity to reschedule within the next 90 days, provided there's availability. For this rescheduled class, you'll be eligible for a 50% discounted rate.
